HUATAO Exports Custom 320mm Electromagnetic Heating Rollers to Canadian Composite Board Lamination Line

HUATAO GROUP completes testing and export of tailor-made induction heating rollers for Canadian composite manufacturers, solving multiple drawbacks of traditional thermal oil heating equipment and realizing energy-saving production upgrading.

HUATAO GROUP has recently finished all factory acceptance testing, standardized export packaging and transoceanic delivery work for a batch of customized electromagnetic induction heating rollers with a diameter of 320mm. The finished equipment is now in transit to a cooperative composite processing enterprise located in Canada. The whole set of roller products is developed and manufactured matching the customer’s hot melt adhesive compound board production process parameters, which marks another substantial progress of the enterprise’s high-efficiency heating roller products in the North American industrial equipment market.

The Canadian cooperative enterprise takes medium and high temperature composite processing of wood boards, plastic base materials and multi-layer composite panels as its core business. Before introducing HUATAO’s new heating equipment, the production workshop had been equipped with traditional thermal oil heating rollers for a long time. All roller products are subject to strict multi-dimensional performance detection before leaving the factory. The inspection scope covers dynamic balance calibration of the roller body, full-width temperature consistency test, 72-hour continuous stable aging operation and complete debugging of matched PLC closed-loop temperature control system. To adapt to the long-cycle ocean transportation environment, the company adopts multi-layer waterproof and moisture-proof packaging materials, thick shock-absorbing buffer foam and reinforced solid export wooden boxes for overall packaging, effectively avoiding precision surface damage and metal corrosion caused by collision and seawater fog during long-distance shipping.
