In the production of biaxially oriented films such as BOPP, BOPET, and other high-performance polymer films, the performance of the Chill Roll plays a decisive role in determining film quality, surface smoothness, crystallinity, and production stability.

To meet the increasing demands of the global film industry, our advanced Chill Roll adopts a special temperature equalization technology with internal water circulation design. This structure rapidly transfers the absorbed heat from the working area to both ends of the roller, ensuring an extremely uniform surface temperature during operation.

The surface temperature difference can be controlled within ±0.5℃, effectively increasing the temperature difference between molten polymers and the roller surface while avoiding local supercooling and condensation problems. Operating above the dew point temperature also helps prevent moisture-related defects during high-speed film production.
