Description Inquire

Engineered for the most demanding high-temperature and heavy-load furnace environments, our Heat-Resistant Alloy Steel Hearth Rollers are widely used in the heating, soaking, and cooling sections of Continuous Annealing Lines (CAL), Continuous Galvanizing Lines (CGL), and various metal heat treatment furnaces.

Manufactured using premium centrifugally cast alloy barrels welded to high-strength forged shaft journals, these rolls provide exceptional mechanical strength, creep resistance.

  • Superior Thermal & Creep Strength: Formulated with high-nickel/high-chromium heat-resistant alloys to prevent thermal sagging and axial deformation under heavy strip tension at temperatures up to 1150℃.

  • Advanced Anti-Nodulation HVOF Coatings: Optional thermal-sprayed coatings prevent iron powder accretion (pick-up/nodulation), effectively protecting the steel strip from surface scratches.

  • Precision Dynamic Balancing: Machined to ISO 1940 Grade G1.0 - G2.5 dynamic balance standards to eliminate high-speed vibration and reduce mechanical stress on bearings.

 Technical Specifications
