Designed for ultra-high surface quality requirements and rapid thermal cycling, our Fused Quartz Ceramic Hollow Rollers feature an ultra-low coefficient of thermal expansion and zero reactivity with hot metal surfaces. Made from 99.9% pure fused silica, these hollow rollers eliminate strip scratch defects caused by metallic nodulation, making them the preferred choice for premium silicon steel annealing, bright annealing, and horizontal glass tempering.

  • Exceptional Thermal Shock Resistance: Near-zero thermal expansion coefficient allows the roller to withstand abrupt heating and cooling cycles without cracking, distortion, or thermal shock damage.

  • 100% Anti-Pick-Up & Zero Scratching: Chemically inert fused silica prevents iron powder adhesion and oxide pick-up, ensuring pristine surface finish for high-grade electrical steels, aluminum foils, and optical glass.
