Description of Corona Nip Roll
Corona Nip Roll used in pull roll stand of various polyfilm production lines, the corona nip roll works together with the corona roll and pull roll stand cooling roll. Corona nip roll surface coated synthetic rubber or EPDM rubber with good resilience and excellent ozone resistance, anti-static and aging resistant performance, and its roll surface can be machined into the crowing in different values by the numerical control crowned machine as required. The hardness of the synthetic rubber or EPDM generally 55-65 Shore A, after formula processing, the ruber can withstand temperatures up to 130 degrees Celsius.
