Godet Roller Introduction:

Synthetic fiber heat treatment rollers (referred to as hot rollers or godet rollers) are a crucial process in the production of new synthetic fibers with high strength, excellent heat resistance, and unique texture, from aerospace applications to civilian clothing fabrics. In this process, induction-heated godet rollers rotate at high speeds to precisely heat-treat the fibers, aligning their molecular alignment and forming uniform crystals. This results in high-quality materials with a uniform texture.
