Gravure roll often used in the printing of paper and plastic films and has a wide of applications. It can be used for distributed dimming ink printing and various special ink printing, etc.

Gravure Roll Advantages
The tiny concave-convex patterns enable the ink to adhere more evenly to the surface of the printed material, creating printed products with a more three-dimensional effect. The printing effect is soft, which can make the patterns and text more natural.

The surface of gravure roll is engraved with holes, and the size of the holes is used to control the amount of rubber that can be transferred from the rubber tray. The contact reverse coating technology can be adopted to avoid problems such as wrinkles and broken lines. The setting of the scraper and the rotational speed of the roller have significant influences on the coating amount.
