• Overview: Designed for the heating and soaking zones of continuous annealing furnaces, our centrifugally cast heat-resistant alloy hearth rolls withstand extreme thermal stress, heavy strip loads, and hydrogen atmospheres without sagging or thermal creep.

• Key Features:

  • High Nickel-Chromium heat-resistant alloys (e.g., ZG40Cr25Ni20/2520, 310S, Cobalt alloys).

  • Optional HVOF sprayed or ceramic coatings to prevent iron powder pick-up and strip scratches.

  • 100% Radiographic (RT) and Ultrasonic (UT) weld inspections.

• Technical Specifications:

  • Working Temperature: 600 - 1150℃

  • Roll Outer Diameter: Customized
