• Overview: Built to operate continuously inside hot alkaline or electrolytic degreasing baths, our immersion sink rolls resist severe chemical corrosion and abrasion while guiding strip steel through cleaning tanks.

• Key Features:

  • Corrosion-resistant 316L, 2205 Duplex, or 904L stainless steel bodies.

  • Self-lubricating ceramic or PTFE sleeve bearings designed for submerged operation.

  • Dynamic grooves prevent hydraulic lifting of the strip at high line speeds.
